Well, this was unexpected.

Well, Hascorp has been working on a ball-shooting, Gatling Gun-esque blaster for several years, and I think we've seen a proof of concept.

More after the big drop.

Wait, what? How do these even remotely resemble a Gatling Gun, or even this sketch?

Well, we have the rotating barrels that are fed ammo from behind. When they reach a specific point in their rotation, they fire.

These aren't automatic, but they have a ridiculously large capacity relative to most of the Rival series. The only other Rival blaster whose capacity rivals the Artemis is the Khaos, and that thing is bulky.

I'd say that the Khaos was P.O.C. for the feeding from multiple stacks, and the Artemis is the P.O.C. for ammo feeding into a rotating cylinder. Maybe, next year, Hascorp will come out with a fully-automatic, six-barreled blaster with, say, 5 magazines holding 15 balls each, and named the "Hades MXV-7500". It probably would look nothing like my original sketch, two years ago.

Of course, the ridiculous paintball-style hopper would be gone.

So, do you think this is the goal for the Rival line, an epic minigun?
