Yesterday, out of habit, I checked MLD’s blog to see if he had posted something, anything, or if his final post was about some sitcom or another. Welcome back MLD!!! What did I see on the Big Boss's blog? I’ll show you after the big drop.

What is this? If you can’t read the letters in the middle of the blaster, this is the long-awaited Modulus ECS-10.

No, you’re asking “what the heck is it?” I don’t really know beyond the obvious. It comes with a 10-dart banana mag a la the Demolisher, a vertical grip, a detachable shoulder stock that holds an extra mag a la the Longshot and Recon, a brand-new scope, and the promise of moar products.

Now, let’s wander into the hazy land of speculation.

It appears to me that the front part (the part that looks like an Alpha Trooper pump) can be twisted off. Also, there appears to be a flip-up sight above the vertical grip. The stock looks like it holds mags vertically (like the Longshot), so I could load one Raider drum in and have a second one on reserve! The scope appears to not have clear plastic; instead, it has fins.

This could be either automatic direct-plunger, full-auto flywheel, or semi-auto flywheel; I hope it’s the first: automatic direct-plunger.
